Bio

Meet Amy. You will most likely find Amy surrounded by children and books. She is a lover of nature, feeling most at home where there is sand, salt and open skies. She prefers running around barefoot and is only slightly addicted to cinnamon matcha tea. She likes to think of herself as an eternal student with an insatiable hunger for learning, about any and all things, especially the body and its innate intelligence to heal. For Amy, therapy was found in nature and in moving her body, the combination of both reigning supreme. So if you spot her rolling down a hill, dancing in the rain, hugging a tree, or jumping in puddles, feel free to join in! Her kids keep her young and relevant (ish), meditation keeps her grounded, yoga keeps her sane and books bring her peace. She loves connecting with people and teaching about the things she discovers. She has a multi-modality style of teaching, with Kundalini holding a special place in her heart as it was a major catalyst in her personal journey to herself. She loves helping others move and feel energy in a conscious way through yoga principles and practices. Her deepest intention is to help awaken others to their own healing power, experience the joy of living life fully and discover that everything they need, is already within them.
